Cambodia’s first online real estate portal.
DCG acquired Realestate.com.kh in May 2015 and the site was already well established with
as the leading real estate portal in Cambodia with over 4,000 properties for sale and rent and over 600 businesses and individuals regularly uploading properties.

Similarly, the number of listings on the website have increased dramatically, from approximately 4,000 to over 35,000+ currently. In terms of market penetration, DCG estimates that over 95% of Cambodia’s top real estate agents upload properties to the portal weekly.
Cambodia is a country of 15.4 million people, a total GDP of USD $45 billion with a strong
growth rate of 7%, internet penetration of approximately 9% and internet usage growing at around 25% per annum. In addition, Cambodia has two 4G LTE mobile phone networks, one of which was launched in 2014 and a second that was launched in mid-2015. It is expected that 4G LTE coverage will be reasonably comprehensive across the country by the end of 2016.
DCG specifically targeted Cambodia due to its growing internet user base, supported by the rapid roll-out of multiple 4G LTE networks. Those networks are now offering strong coverage of the major cities driving rapid growth in internet adoption.
The country also has very strong GDP growth prospects as an ASEAN member with
anticipated high immigration fueling demand for housing, goods and services.
